1. Ensure that you are the only contact person for your group.
2. Your Contact Details. Please no business numbers, as these are invariably unreliable for leaving messages and we would prefer to talk to you, rather than your co-worker.
3. The dates of the evenings you wish to reserve.
4. The number of people who wish to stay in the cabin under your reservation.
5. Are you are a member of the Alpine Club of Canada? Discounts are available if you are a member of the Whistler or Vancouver Sections but you must supply a valid, up-to-date number.

6. The memberships and affiliations of all your party members, if applicable.
7. The membership numbers for you and all party members.

Cost

Whistler / Vancouver Annual Hut Access Fee for Wendy Thompson Hut:
$30.00 for one calendar year (for ACC Whistler or ACC Vancouver members only)

*Note that national club membership upgrade to national huts does not change rates for Wendy Thompson Hut.

Options for Payment

1. BEST WAY to guarantee booking. Mail-in payment: ACC Whistler Section #113-4350 Lorimer Road Whistler, BC V0N 1B4  Always include your name, the date(s) that you stayed at the hut, and the number in your group along with your payment.

2. Dropped off at the Escape Route in Market Place, Whistler.  Always include your name, the date(s) that you stayed at the hut, and the number in your group along with your payment.

3. There is a secure fee drop box in the storage door at the cabin. This is the least preferred option.
