December Meeting, TBD

December's meeting is being booked. All interested parties will be welcome to come out. A presentation will be made on "Using Terrain to Mitigate Risk in Marriott Basin" during the meeting. This is a special presentation put on by ACCWhistler Chair, Mitch Sulkers, showcasing the terrain and beauty of the Marriott Basin, site of the section's Wendy Thompson Hut and December 3rd's recent ski tour and Tim Ross's upcoming overnight trip.

The meeting info will be updated as soon as we have a confirmation for location.

It is customary to wander to a local replenishment centre post-meeting. We continually strive to avoid dehydration.

Trips, trips, trips!

Winter trips are going ahead with lots of attendance. We have had an avy/snowscience session with 17 participants, a tour to the Musical Bumps, and a tour to Marriott Basin with 13 participants. Transceiver rodeos are also going ahead on Thursdays at Alpha Lake Park from 6:00--7:00.

Next tour is the Rainbow Heli Drop led by Todd Bush. See the calendar for more details!!
